Who we accept
Valentin Love works with men living in eight countries. Most are between 35 and 60, many are divorced, some have never married. What they share is a marriage plan and the stability to carry it.

We take no applications from other countries. And we do not work with everyone: unrealistic criteria are told no at the interview, not after the payment. Men who want a search led personally by the founder can read about the private mandate.
Who runs the agency, and where
Valentin Le Normand, a French former engineer, moved to Moscow in 2021 and founded the agency in 2022. He conducts every Strategy interview himself. The team in Moscow speaks French, English and Russian. His story is on the about page.
The business is registered in Georgia as a sole proprietorship. The legal notice, the terms and the privacy policy are published on this site, with the registration number and the registered address.

How the women are selected
They live in Russia and Belarus: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Minsk and regional cities. Each one fills in a questionnaire, then passes an individual video interview with our team before she is presented to anyone. She wants a serious relationship with a foreign man, and she says so on camera.
Membership is free for her, and no woman is paid to meet you. Before a first date, you watch her recorded video interview: her attitude, her voice, her expression.
The website shows a sample of our members. The whole base opens for 48 hours after your Strategy interview.
How it works, and what it costs

The Strategy interview: €90
One hour on video with Valentin. Your situation, your criteria, and an honest answer: yes, no, or under conditions. You then get 48 hours of access to the whole member base and a written opinion on the five profiles you shortlist.

The membership: €2,900 for twelve months
Paid once. Your profile is written in Russian, the selection follows your criteria, and the first meetings happen on video with an interpreter. Coaching before, debrief after. As soon as the interest is mutual, you have her number. No quota: we keep going until she is the right one.

The meeting, then the wedding
A meeting trip organised in Moscow, or in a third country such as Istanbul when she travels too. Then visa and paperwork, until she joins you.
Prices exclude VAT. The tax of your country of residence is added at checkout. From Switzerland, the United States or Russia no tax is due and you pay the amount shown.

What we never do
No pay-per-message
No credits, no paid letters, no paid translations. Once the interest is mutual, you talk to her directly.
No automatic renewal
The membership lasts twelve months and is paid once. Nothing renews behind your back.
No promised marriage
An agency is bound to means, not to a result. Anyone who guarantees you a wedding is the signal to walk away from.
No catalogue before the interview
The website shows a sample. The whole member base opens after the Strategy interview, once your plan has been heard.
No paid women
Membership is free for her, and no woman is paid to meet you. We accept nothing from her.
No client from outside our countries
We take no applications from outside the eight countries listed above, whatever the budget.
For American clients
US federal law (IMBRA) applies to every American client, wherever the agency is based. You fill in a background disclosure. She receives it in Russian, with the official State Department brochure, and signs her consent before any contact details are exchanged.
We apply it in full. It protects her, and it protects you.
