What a private mandate gives you

Membership opens our selection to you. A mandate puts a whole search at your service, led by the man who founded the agency.

Your file is never delegated. Valentin knows every woman he introduces to you, and tells you why he chose her.

A search, not a catalogue

Beyond our members, we search for you across Russia and Belarus, far past Moscow. Each woman passes an individual video interview before you hear her name.

Nobody ahead of you

No other client is given priority for a woman who matches your criteria. No woman is paid to meet you, and we accept nothing from her.

Discretion, both ways

A confidentiality agreement from day one. Your name, your photos and your business never circulate. She is protected the same way.

Your family plan, up front

If you want children, we say so from the first call, to you and to her. We only introduce women who share that plan.

A trip organised end to end

Airport welcome, hotel, driver, interpreter. In Moscow, or in Istanbul or Dubai if you prefer to meet halfway.

    One hour on video with Valentin. Your plan, your criteria, and whether a mandate is the right frame for you.

    Your mandate

    A written agreement for twelve months, on terms set together. Your presentation is written in Russian, so she meets the man and not a translation.

    Introductions

    First meetings on video, with an interpreter. You are prepared before each one and debriefed after.

    The trip

    A few short first meetings, then real time with the one who stands out.

    Up to the wedding

    Visa and paperwork, until she joins you.

Fees on application

A private mandate has no price list. It combines a retainer for the search and a success fee, due only when the outcome you set together is reached. Everything is discussed during the consultation, then written into the agreement.

Invoiced and paid outside Russia, by international bank transfer.

For American clients

US federal law (IMBRA) applies to every American client, wherever the agency is based. You fill in a background disclosure. She receives it in Russian, with the official State Department brochure, and signs her consent before any contact details are exchanged.

We apply it in full. It protects her, and it protects you.

Questions about the private mandate

How is a private mandate different from your membership?
Membership gives you our selection within our member base, with our team, for a fixed fee. A private mandate adds Valentin’s personal time, a search conducted beyond our base, priority on every woman who matches your criteria, and a meeting trip organised end to end.
Who is a private mandate for?
For men who know what they want, have little time, and cannot afford indiscretion: business owners, executives, investors, wherever they live. What they share is not a level of wealth, it is a clear plan: marriage, and often a family.
How much does a private mandate cost?
Fees are set on application. They combine a retainer for the search and a success fee, due only when the outcome you set together is reached. Everything is discussed during the private consultation and written into the agreement.
Do I have to travel to Russia?
No. First meetings happen on video, with an interpreter. For the meeting trip, you can come to Moscow, or meet in a third country such as Turkey or the United Arab Emirates, where she travels too.
Where do the women come from?
From Russia and Belarus: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Minsk, and regional cities as far as Siberia. Each one has passed an individual video interview, and each one wants a serious relationship with a foreign man.
