• No payment is collected during this period.
• The Agency has an obligation of means, not of result.
• The maximum duration of a contract is 1 year, without tacit renewal.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in case of an unresolved dispute with the Agency, the client may contact a consumer mediator free of charge.
