The flight

Since the European airspace restrictions of 2022, there are no direct flights between Western Europe and Moscow. The options go through connections.

The most common routes in 2026: Paris → Istanbul → Moscow (Turkish Airlines, ~8h total), Paris → Dubai → Moscow (Emirates, ~12h), Paris → Belgrade → Moscow (Air Serbia, ~7h). Similar connections exist from London, New York or Montreal via Istanbul and Dubai. Return fares range from 300 to 700 euros from Europe depending on the season and how early you book.

For Minsk, flights via Istanbul or Dubai also exist. Belavia (the Belarusian national carrier) operates flights from several European cities.

Accommodation

We recommend hotels in central Moscow, close to the meeting venues we organize. Budget: 80 to 150 euros per night for a good 3-4 star hotel in the centre. Rented apartments are also an option (50-100 euros per night through local platforms).

In Minsk, prices are significantly lower: 40 to 80 euros per night for a hotel of equivalent quality.

How a meeting trip unfolds

A typical trip lasts between 5 and 10 days. Here is how it works in practice.

Before departure. The agency plans your meetings. Depending on how many women you wish to meet (usually 2 to 5 per trip), we set the dates, venues and times. Each meeting lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours.
