Aleona, 47

Aleona has written a book on raising children. She worked in marketing and then in real estate, and is now building an online project based on her book together with her son, a programmer. They recently moved to Yerevan.

Aleona has lived in all sorts of places across Russia, from the Far North to the Black Sea, and even in an eco-village. She spent a year in Thailand and wintered in India and Turkey. She likes slow travel: not just seeing the sights, but living somewhere new for a while, feeling its rhythm and getting to know real life there.

She loves reading, writing, nature, long walks, fine book illustrations and conversations with real substance. Philosophy does not scare her. She draws a little. She is interested in what AI can do and uses it in her life. As for sport, she enjoys running, yoga, swimming, dancing, cycling, and horses too.

She values sincerity, naturalness and self-irony. She does not try to seem like someone else to make an impression. Even in photos she prefers to stay herself rather than create a flawless image. She does not drink. A vegetarian for many years, she values a healthy lifestyle and being active outdoors.

In a relationship, Aleona likes to talk everything through and to tease now and then. She is easy to make laugh, but holding back a joke herself is much harder. She notices the funny and the beautiful in the most ordinary things, and will be sure to show them to you. And if you are tired, she will hug you, bring you tea, or simply stay quietly beside you. She knows how to inspire, because she sees people's strengths. She believes that in a happy family people do not just love and accept each other, they also help each other become better. She dreams of a union in which husband and wife remain best friends and lovers, with tenderness and mutual support.

Aleona is looking for an intelligent, emotionally mature and self-confident man who can stand his ground gently, with humour and good arguments, without turning a disagreement into a power struggle or putting their closeness at risk. She would like to read together and talk about books, films, philosophical ideas and what is happening in the world. Intellectual closeness matters as much to her as physical closeness. She values kindness, faithfulness, financial stability, family values and a good education.

She is ready to move to her future partner's country. She is not specifically planning another child, but does not rule it out if life turns out that way. She is open to adoption if they both want it.
